From Boston: Approximately 75 miles (1 ½ hours). Take the Southeast expressway (Route 93 South) to Route 3 South. Follow to the Sagamore Bridge. See Sagamore Bridge directions below.
From Providence: Approximately 90 miles (1 ½ hours). Follow 95 North. Take the exit for I-195 East Providence (exit 20). Follow I-195 East to the Cape Cod/The Islands exit (exit 22A). Take the exit onto Route 25 South. See Route 495/25 South Directions below.
From Hartford: Approximately 175 miles (3 ½ hours). Take Route 84 East to Massachusetts Turnpike (Route 90 East) Follow MA Turnpike/Rte. 90 East to Exit 11A (Route 495 South). Follow Route 495 South, which becomes Route 25 South. See route 495/25 South directions below.
From New York: Approximately 245 miles (5 hours). Take 95 North to Providence, Rhode Island. Take exit 20 for Route I-195 East in Providence. Follow I-195 East to the Cape Cod/The Islands exit 22A. Take exit 22A onto Route 25 South. See Route 495/25 South directions below.
From Route 495/25 South:
Follow Route 25 South over the Bourne Bridge onto Cape Cod. At the Bourne Bridge rotary, take Route 6/6A toward Sagamore. At the traffic light, turn right onto Route 6 East. Follow Route 6 to exit 6 (Route 132/Hyannis).
From Sagamore Bridge: Cross the Sagamore Bridge to Route 6 East. Follow Route 6 East for approximately 20 minutes to Exit 6 (Hyannis Route 132). Bear right as you come down the exit ramp and merge with Route 132 South. Continue on Route 132 South for about 1-½ miles. The Cape Codder Resort is located just after the third traffic light on the right.
To Boston/Logan Intl Airport:
Approximately 75 miles (1.5 hours). Take a left out of the driveway onto Rte 132. Follow to exit for Rte 6 West/Boston. Follow Rte 6 West and cross Sagamore Bridge. Follow Route 3 North/Boston to Route 93 North (Southeast Expressway). Take Exit 20* located just past Exit 18/Mass. Ave/Roxbury/Frontage Road. Follow the new-elevated highway into a new South Boston tunnel. Merge onto I-90 East and into the Ted Williams Tunnel. Follow signs to the airport and your terminal. *Follow detours during construction & repair.
To New York City:
Approximately 245 miles (5 hours). Take a left out of the driveway onto Rte 132. Follow to exit for Rte 6 West/Boston. Follow Rte 6 West and cross Sagamore Bridge. Take the 2nd exit "Route 6 West" to Routes 25 / 495 / 195. The Cape Cod Canal will be on your left. Follow the canal to Bourne Bridge rotary. Take the first exit to Route 25 West. Continue on route 25 to the 195 West Exit to Providence. Once in Providence, take Route 95 South. Follow signs for New York and points South.
To Hartford CT & Mass Turnpike:
Approximately 175 miles (3.5 hours) take a left out of the driveway onto Rte 132. Follow to exit for Rte 6 West/Boston. Follow Rte 6 West and cross Sagamore Bridge. Take the 2nd exit "Route 6 West" to Routes 25 / 495 / 195. The Cape Cod Canal will be on your left. Follow the canal to Bourne Bridge rotary. Take the first exit to Route 25 West. Continue on Route 25, which turns into Rte 495. Follow Rte 495 to exit for Mass Turnpike/Route 90 West. Follow Mass Pike to exit for Route 84 West.
