Do I have to disrobe entirely?
That is your option but during all treatments you will be draped. Standards of draping are designed to ensure modesty and comfort for both the guest and therapist.

May I ask therapist to make adjustments for my comfort?
Absolutely, this is your treatment; communicate with staff regarding room temperature, pressure and technique.

Are therapists licensed?
All of the therapists hired at our Spas come from highly respected schools, are licensed and have met all state and local requirements. We also continue their education by bringing in experts on a regular basis to train them in the most up to date spa services. You can feel confident that your treatment is being performed by a highly trained therapist.

Will I have a male or female therapist?
We have both male and female massage therapists. If you request one over the other, we will do our best to accommodate your preference.

Can I purchase similar spa products at a drug store?
Of course you may purchase other spa products, but they are not similar to ours. Your skin is the body's largest organ and products are absorbed through it and processed by the liver. To keep the cost down, many products contain artificial fragrances and chemicals. When this happens, the purity of essential oils and pure botanicals is lost and the products are not safe for your system. Our products are all-natural.

Spa Recommendations & Etiquette

Robes, slippers and personal amenities are provided along with complimentary fresh fruit, tea, coffee and Beach Plum jelly. In consideration of other guests we ask that all cellular phones and pagers are turned off while in the Spa. To ensure professionalism, only the client receiving service is permitted in treatment room. This is your time to relax and the therapist needs to focus on you. Advance reservations are strongly recommended. Reservation must be secured with either hotel confirmation number or major credit card. Please call 508-771-3000 or 888-297-2200 outside of the resort or extension 741 from your hotel room.

Check-in
We suggest that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your first appointment in consideration of all Spa guests and therapists. This will allow time to relax and de-stress. Late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments and full value will be charged.

Facilities
Use of whirlpool tub and saunas in our pool area are available to all Spa guests with treatments of $100 or more. If you would like to use facilities, please arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your appointment time. (Restrictions apply.)

Gratuity Charge
For your convenience, an 18% gratuity charge will be automatically added to your service. Additional gratuity is at your discretion.

Cancellation Policy
As we reserve a room and therapist just for you, we ask that you adhere to our cancellation policy by providing 24 hours notice or the full value of your treatment will be charged. Time changes must be received at least 4 hours prior to appointment and must be rescheduled within the next 12 hours or full value of services will be charged to your credit card. If you have reserved 4 or more services, a 72 hour cancellation notice is required or full value will be charged. Please remember that if you cancel your hotel room, you must still cancel the spa to cancel your appointment with us or you will be held responsible.
